Returns and Refund Policy

At Kailash Energy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and repair policy as follows:

7-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for any reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For non-quality-related returns beyond this period, customers must cover both shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee.

30-Day Warranty

If your item develops a quality issue within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.
We will cover the repair and reshipment cost for verified quality-related issues.

After 30 Days

For issues beyond 30 days, caused by wear, usage, or accidental damage, we do not provide refunds.
However, we do offer repair services — the customer will only need to cover two-way shipping costs, and repair fees (if applicable) will depend on the level of damage.

How to Initiate a Return or Repair

Please contact us at service@kailashenergy.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once your return or repair is approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.
