Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted and credit given or money refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be in original condition as shipped.
  2. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery of the item(s). 
  3. Returned item(s) must be received by us within 12 days of the date the item was delivered. 
  4. Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item, and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions. 

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

Refund Method

Please send us an email at service@kailashenergy.com prior to returning the goods.

Once a return has been approved, we will organize the return of the goods (in the case of faulty goods,Pure-tibetan will not be responsible for return postage costs). Once we receive the goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.
