DESCRIPTION

The box has a wooden frame with colorful paintings on the front, top, left, and right sides. The predominant colors in the artwork are warm tones, with a border done in an earthy yellow color.
On the front side, there are three wrathful protector deities depicted. Each deity is portrayed in red, yellow, and black colors, wearing a crown of five skulls on their heads. They have three eyes, fiercely flowing hair, open mouths, and face each other.
In the center of the wrathful depictions, there are respective ritual implements. One is a vajra scepter adorned with lotus petals, and the top part of the scepter and certain portions of the shaft are decorated with raised lacquer and gilt craftsmanship, giving them a three-dimensional texture.
At the bottom of the front side, there are depictions of offering items such as a Tibetan offering bowl (töpa) and seven precious jewels. The surrounding border is decorated with a combination of flames, charnel ground motifs, and intertwined branches with seven jewel ornaments.
On the sides of the box, there are intricate patterns of treasure vases and lotus flowers painted.
The overall composition of the box is meticulously arranged with vibrant colors, showcasing a high level of painting proficiency. It also embodies profound religious connotations, making it a rare masterpiece.
