Her face features three eyes, with an additional eye in each palm and sole of her feet, symbolizing her ability to see every corner of the world and aid beings in distress. Her features are delicate, with a gentle and compassionate expression. Her right hand is in the gesture of granting wishes, while her left hand holds a fully blossomed white lotus, seated in a posture on a lotus pedestal emerging from a lotus moon disk. There is a circular halo behind her. The upper part of the Thangka depicts the great master Padmasambhava, Shakyamuni Buddha, and Tsongkhapa, while the lower part features Longevity Buddha and the Victorious Buddha Mother.
