This is a five-pronged Vajra demon subduing bell that was carried by Manchu workers from Tibet in the Qing Dynasty. The Vajra Bell is a commonly used instrument in Tibetan Buddhism. The Vajra Bell represents "wisdom". In Dharma practice, it is mainly used to encourage all living beings to make progress, to alert and to persuade Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

This diamond bell is small in size and can be carried with you, but it is fully crafted and carved, making it extremely rare and rare. At the top is a half-branched five-branch vajra. The five strands are generous, powerful, vivid and detailed. The lotus platform underneath it is combined with the Bodhisattva's hat and crown, and the hair is silky and lifelike. Under the tall and full hat, there is a Bodhisattva of Silence, with a quiet, beautiful and peaceful face, and a beautiful bell. The top of the bell body pattern has the seed characters of Buddhas decorated with lotus petals arranged in a clockwise direction. In the middle of the bell is the image of the mythical beast Zhibaza, spouting volubly. At the bottom is a group of vertically arranged vajra pestles. When the bell is shaken, the sound can break away the internal demons and external demonic obstacles of foolishness and delusion. This instrument is very well preserved, with fine copper and regular shape. Long-term care and massage make it very moist. Appreciate it carefully and it is worth collecting.
