This is a Tibetan gilt filigree prayer wheel inlaid with precious stones. This prayer wheel is of the highest quality and has the highest craftsmanship. Tibetan Buddhism believes that the more you recite mantras, the more pious you are to the Buddha, and you can escape the suffering of reincarnation. Therefore, in addition to oral recitation, people also make "Mani" sutra tubes, put the "Six-Character Great Ming Mantra" sutra scrolls in the sutra tube, and turn it by hand. Each rotation is equivalent to reciting the sutra once, indicating repetition. Recite the "Six-Character Great Ming Mantra" hundreds and thousands of times.

The entire prayer wheel is not small in size and is covered with industrial silver filigree and gilded. In the middle of the barrel is an old yak bone inlaid with a six-character motto carved on it. The entire prayer wheel is also inlaid with turquoise, coral, and lapis lazuli. The selected gemstones are of high quality, which shows that no expense was spared when making it. The shape and craftsmanship of this prayer wheel are the same as those in the official collection of the Jokhang Temple. It inherits the unique craftsmanship and is beautiful.
